The App does not require user accounts initially. Therefore, we do not actively collect personal information. However, the operating system or app stores may automatically collect limited technical data such as crash logs or device information. We do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies to monitor your activity.

As the App does not collect personal data, no specific legal basis for processing is required. Should future features necessitate the collection of personal information, we will update this policy to specify the legal basis (such as user consent or contractual necessity) under which that information is handled.

The App fetches and manages music content via a secure backend. No user-specific data, analytics, or behavioral tracking are transmitted. All data interactions within the App relate solely to the delivery and management of the music library.

The App does not display advertisements and does not include third-party analytics SDKs.

The App allows for offline music downloads, which are stored locally on your device. These files are protected using platform-level security and are accessible only within the App. They cannot be accessed or shared by other applications.

We are committed to maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of the music content provided. We utilize robust access rules on our backend infrastructure and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect against unauthorized access or disclosure.

Since we do not collect personal identifiers, there is no personal data for us to retain. Music content remains on our backend as long as it is licensed for use. Offline downloads are stored on your device and are deleted if you uninstall the App or manually remove the content from your device's local storage.

Under applicable European and Spanish data protection laws, individuals have rights regarding their personal data, including the right to access, rectification, or erasure. Although we do not process personal data, we will provide mechanisms to exercise these rights should future updates change our data collection practices.

Finally, they may lodge a complaint with the competent Data Protection Supervisory Authority, primarily when they have not obtained satisfaction in the exercise of their rights. The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

  Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Users are subject to the respective privacy policies of these platforms.

• Backend Infrastructure

  We use Supabase to host and deliver music content. Supabase processes data only as required to provide technical app functionality.

This policy is designed to comply with Google Play Store and Apple App Store requirements. Our primary music content is stored on servers that may be located outside of your country of residence; however, this does not involve the transfer of sensitive personal identifiers.

We may update this privacy policy periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
